CNMG 85° diamond-shaped external turning inserts for roughing, semi-finishing and finishing of steel, stainless, cast iron and non-ferrous materials. The 85° nose angle gives a long cutting edge and strong corner, making CNMG the workhorse insert for general-purpose turning. Sizes 120404, 120408 and 120412 are offered in PVD and CVD grades (FF uncoated, FM, MG, MA, TM, FG, 43, FU, MS) with full recommended parameters. OEM and custom sizes available from AMJtool.
